Hello to everyone that's coming across this review, in reference to the credibility of Top to Bottom Home Inspection. I must say I've found it all in this family duo, for example the professionalism, expertise, knowledge and last someone I can call a friend. These words can barely translate the experience we've had all together in my search during the home buying process. They've provided step by step details on the concerns that I faced while looking at multiple homes. This evaded me from purchasing a mold infested/termites raiding home. Leading me towards a New built home guided under the proper code and regulations carefully managed by Top to Bottom. The rest in between has been great laughter, communication and heart felt stories shared by us both. I'm proud to say that I've found the home of my dreams that would keep my family safe and secure and along the process a professional and knowledgeable team that I can call on as a friend.
